Constructed entirely of stainless steel, spiral freezing systems are designed to efficiently cool or freeze a wide range of products, both loose and packaged, such as ice cream, hamburgers, ready meals, pizza, fish fingers, and much more.
Our IQF freezers are modular, pre-assembled in the factory and have capacities from 500 kg/h to 20,000 kg/h. Depending on the product to be cooled, the freezer can be supplied with a single or double conveyor belt, with manual or sequential defrosting. The centrifugal fans used ensure constant airflow, high freezing efficiency, and reduced energy consumption. IQF systems are suitable for vegetables, fruit, chips, and fish.
