For this reason, S.I.T.T.IN. excels in the renovation of old energy-intensive systems that tipically contain large amounts of ammonia, which in the event of an accident can become a real enviromental bomb. S.I.T.T.IN. creates systems with climate-neutral refrigerants, such as carbon dioxide (CO2), ammonia, or propane, which are environmentally friendly and simultaneously save energy. S.I.T.T.IN.’s technical staff is able to assess each client’s specific needs, proposing customized projects for the construction of new facilities, expansion of existing systems, modernization of pre-existing systems, and retrofit solutions: that is, the replacement of CFC and HCFC gases with low environmental impact gases or gas mixtures.

Engineering and desing Phases

S.I.T.T.IN. supports its clients throughout the entire process of building a new plant:

Fase 1

Gathering the client’s data and needs, with an on-site inspection.

Fase 2

Preliminary study of the project with the choice of machines and a cost analysis for the production of an offer that optimizes costs while guaranteeing performance.

Fase 3

Realization of the executive project. The use of the most advanced modeling software allows, in addition to the creation of easy-to-understand drawings and diagrams, preliminary verification of the correct design of the system.

Fase 4

Project execution and site coordination. S.I.T.T.IN.’s purchasing department ensures the timely supply of all necessary materials, and its technicians, working with all relevant personnel and other companies on site, coordinate installation through to commissioning and final testing, delivering a turnkey system to the customer.

In addition to designing for construction, S.I.T.T.IN. can also provide consultancy-only services to support the client in evaluating the best design choice and/or the best supplier. S.I.T.T.IN. is always available to assist clients in evaluating all aspects of investing in a new refrigeration system, both in terms of the initial investment and future operating costs.
