After-sales service and technical assistance

To ensure the cold chain and avoid production process bottlenecks, S.I.T.T.IN. provides its customers with efficient after-sales service and assistance with expert refrigeration technicians certified by FGAS and certified for handling toxic gases.

S.I.T.T.IN. also offers its customers the option of signing a scheduled and predictive maintenance contract, which will allow:

  • to extend the efficiency and proper functioning of all system components over time
  • to plan any extraordinary maintenance interventions, avoiding emergency interventions and reducing the inconvenience of unplanned system downtime
  • to perform periodic checks as required by the F-gas regulation and to compile the register in the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas Database portal.

Supervision System

S.I.T.T.IN. uses a supervision and remote control system for its systems. This allows continuous monitoring of all operating parameters and the ability to remotely resolve many of the alarms detected without the need to send personnel on site, significantly reducing intervention times and potential system downtime.

Management with the remote control system also allows for recording the main operating parameters (temperatures, pressures, and power consumption), providing a history thanks to which to define and improve the operating settings of the various system components, always ensuring maximum efficiency and maximum energy savings.

Compressor and Pump Overhaul

S.I.T.T.IN. can provide overhaul services for compressors and pumps of any type (screw, piston, open, or semi-hermetic) and brand (Howden, Bitzer, Mycon, Hermetic, etc.).

Retrofit

Systems that are still fully operational but operate with gases that are currently illegal, are no longer maintainable if refrigerant refilling is needed. S.I.T.T.IN. can proceed with the replacement of gas with low environmental impact blends, carrying out all the necessary operations and making any necessary modifications to the concerned system components, thus extending the system’s life and ensuring the customer’s production continuity at low costs.
